Legacybox vs. iMemories

Legacybox vs. iMemories

Do you want to hear some good news? You have tons of old movies and pictures that are waiting to be relived and it’s time to bring them into the digital age: Video Transfer. Do you want to hear even better news? We have the technology to do just that. We know there are different places to go, and deciding which is best can be time consuming, confusing, and annoying.

Don’t worry, we’re here to the rescue. We’ll walk you through the differences between Legacybox and iMemories, and let you know what you get from each. That way, you can make an informed decision about which digitizing company you should trust with your precious memories.

FIRST, THE BASICS

Located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Legacybox controls the entire process – from ordering to final delivery. They’ll send you a box where you can safely package your videos and photos, send it back to Legacybox and they’ll take care of the rest. Legacybox will keep you updated throughout the entire process. Once the digitizing process is complete, they’ll send your originals right back to you, with your new DVDs and optional thumb drive.

iMemories is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and is acquired by Lifetouch, inc. When you order, you can either purchase and use your own box or order a SafeShip Kit. Walgreens provides iMemories transfer service.

DIVING DEEPER

Let’s take a look at some of the more detailed stuff that each one can do. We’ll put it into a nice table to easily compare the services.
