No worries! We'd love to help digitize ALL the media in your collection. We include extra safety item barcodes with every Legacybox in case you have more media you'd like digitized. If you do send in more items, we'll simply invoice you for these items once we check in your order at our processing facility.
Digitizing your analog media by hand is more of an art than a science, so while we can estimate processing times, it varies depending on your order's size and the type of media you send in, in addition to current demand. At this time, Standard Processing takes around 10-12 weeks. We also offer expedited options at checkout if you need your order back faster.
Every order includes regular status updates throughout the process in addition to access to a personal concierge to answer all your questions.

Remember watching a slideshow of all of your family photos in the 1980s? You’d have to haul out the slide projector, which didn’t work half the time, leaving your family to sit there and wait to relive all the fun memories.
Nowadays, it’s likely that you have stacks of slide film that are starting to fade, crystallize and even fall apart, stored away deep in your attic. Our slide scanning and digitizing services make it easy to once again share these memories with those around you. We carefully transfer your 35mm film slides into a digital format and then upload them onto a thumb drive, CD/DVD or to the Legacybox Cloud™.
The work is done in the US at our Legacybox facility. A member of our staff will take your original slides and carefully scan them by hand. Our film scanner converts them into digital photos that will then be delivered to you in your preferred format along with the original slides. Our slide to digital service will not only preserve your memories but you will notice an improvement back to the original image quality. Using the latest color correction techniques, we ensure your slides are as high quality as the original. Family smiles will come back into focus and that Hawaiian sunset will glow orange again.
Our slide scanning service is fast, easy, and we’ll send you progress updates throughout the entire process. Our trained technicians safely digitize and convert thousands of slides every day. Once you’re ready, we will send you a crushproof Legacybox with pre-paid round-trip FedEx shipping and tracking. Once you send it in, we will get to work! After your old media is scanned and transferred safely as a digital copy, we will return all of your original slides to you, so you can hold on to them forever. Your newly scanned images will be ready for sending to family, sharing on social media, or however you plan to use them.
