Activate your LEGACYBOX Order
Please complete this activation before sending us your filled LEGACYBOX shipper. This will help us ensure that your order arrives safely and is promptly sent back to you with all your memories digitized.
You can find your activation code on the back of your "Shipping Label & Barcode Stickers" packet. Your order number is the number on all your safety barcode labels, in front of the dash. Please note that order activation is only necessary if your order is marked as a gift in our system, or if it was purchased through a third party, like HSN, QVC, Zulily, etc. If neither of these applies to you, then your order should already be active in our system. If you forgot to activate your order before sending your items to us, you'll want to contact our Customer Support Team directly, as soon as possible.
